Booking an Appointment
A deposit totaling half the treatment cost is required when arranging an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and is stored on your account in the event that your appointment is cancelled.
Please be on time for your appointments; I realise that time gets the best of us; if you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure that other clients' appointments do not fall behind. However, I f you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will then be stored on your account and applied to your next appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited; no-shows will also result in a forfeit of the deposit.

Please be certain of the services you are purchasing. Refunds cannot be offered for change of mind. Visit the Victoria Consumer Affairs website for details. Refunds cannot be offered if you are moving or your situation has changed.
Your treatment outcome is dependent upon many external factors outside our control. Given these external factors, we cannot guarantee individual results or the number of treatments required.
Skincare Purchases
Once skincare has been opened, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you have changed your mind on unopened products, it can not be returned for a refund. If you have an adverse response to any of our products, please call us and a therapist will discuss your options with you.
Package Purchases
Discounted packages can be purchased with an upfront payment for all treatments. Packages puchased can not be refunded or changed to a different treatment for a change of mind.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers have a one-year expiry date from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and will be unable to replace them in this case.
